Terms and Conditions

Welcome to neurogenesisdna.ro. The terms below govern the use of the website and any order placed on it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and that you agree to them, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by NeuroGenesis DNA SRL, with its registered office in București, Sector 6, Splaiul Independenței 202 M, Sc. 1, Et. 7, Ap. 79, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025064840005, CUI RO52403243 (hereinafter "NeuroGenesis DNA" or "we").

2. Our products
On the website we sell:
- red light and near-infrared therapy devices (LED masks, lamps, panels and other red light therapy devices), intended for wellness, personal care and beauty use;
- hyperbaric chambers (HBOT) for wellness use, at home or in professional spaces;
- food supplements;
- event tickets (conferences, retreats and other events organised by us);
- services and products for professional customers (B2B), including private label supplements.
Our electrical devices bear the CE marking and are tested in accordance with the applicable European standards on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU). Conformity documents are available on request.
The devices are wellness and personal care products. They are not medical devices within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and they do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. The information on the website, including study summaries, is for informational and educational purposes.
Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
Photographs and presentations are for illustration purposes. Colours, packaging or accessories may vary slightly from the images, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Safe use
Read the user manual before first use and follow the recommended times, distances and frequency. Use the protective goggles where they are included or recommended.
We recommend consulting your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have photosensitive epilepsy, are taking photosensitising medication, have eye conditions, active skin conditions, oncological, cardiac or pulmonary conditions, an implanted medical device or any other condition for which you are receiving treatment. For hyperbaric chambers, prior medical consultation is recommended in all cases.
The devices are not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
4. Customer account
You can order without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity in your account.
5. Order and conclusion of the contract
The order placed on the website constitutes your offer to purchase. After placing it, you automatically receive an email recording the order. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order (by email, by phone or by dispatching the products).
We may refuse or cancel an order, informing you and fully refunding the amounts paid, in justified situations, for example: the product is no longer in stock, the displayed price contains an obvious error, the delivery or billing details are incomplete or incorrect, the payment has not been authorised or there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.
The order can be changed or cancelled free of charge until dispatch, by email to office@neurogenesisdna.ro or by phone.
6. Prices and promotions
Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. The delivery cost is added separately and is displayed before payment. For deliveries outside Romania, the price may be displayed in the currency of your country, at the exchange rate applied by the payment platform.
For discounted products, the crossed-out price displayed is the lowest price we applied in the 30 days before the discount was applied. Promotions are valid for the announced period and while stocks last, and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without the change affecting orders already confirmed.
7. Payment methods
- Online card payment, through Shopify Payments. The payment is processed securely and we do not have access to your full card details.
- Payment in instalments through Klarna, when the option is displayed at checkout. Payment in instalments is offered by Klarna, in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions, and approval depends exclusively on Klarna.
- Cash on delivery (payment on delivery, to the courier), within the value limit accepted by the courier.
- Bank transfer, based on the proforma invoice. The order is processed after receipt of the payment is confirmed.
The invoice is issued electronically and you receive it by email.
8. Delivery
We deliver in Romania and to all countries of the European Union. Delivery times, costs and conditions are described in the Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of them.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The conditions, exceptions and steps are described in the Return Policy, and the model form can be found here.
10. Warranty
Legal guarantee of conformity. As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with GEO no. 140/2021. If the product is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity (repair or replacement), free of charge, and, under the conditions set out by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
NeuroGenesis DNA commercial warranty. In addition to your legal rights, we offer:
- 3-year warranty for red light therapy panels and for hyperbaric chambers;
- 2-year warranty for the other devices (LED masks, lamps and other red light therapy devices).
The warranty starts on the date of delivery and covers manufacturing and operating defects that occur under normal conditions of use. Servicing is carried out in Romania. Repair or replacement is carried out as quickly as possible, without exceeding 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, except where parts have to be brought from the manufacturer, in which case we inform you of the timeframe. Transport of the product under warranty is borne by us.
The warranty does not cover: damage caused by impact, dropping, moisture or liquids, use contrary to the manual, connection to an inappropriate voltage, interventions or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons, normal wear of accessories and consumables (straps, covers, goggles, cables, seals, filters) and cosmetic defects that do not affect operation.
To make a warranty claim, write to us at office@neurogenesisdna.ro or call +40 723 299 339, with the order number and a short description (possibly a photograph or a video) of the problem.
Food supplements are in conformity until the expiry date shown on the packaging, provided they are stored in accordance with the instructions on the label.
11. Event tickets
The ticket is valid for the event, date and venue stated at the time of purchase. Tickets for events with a fixed date are non-refundable and are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16, letter l of GEO no. 34/2014).
The ticket may be transferred to another person's name only after notifying us in advance, by email, and after our written confirmation.
We reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, date or venue of the event for organisational reasons, and any change is announced in advance by email. In the event of a change, the ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If the event is cancelled by us, we refund the full ticket price.
By attending, you agree that the event may be photographed and filmed and that the materials may be used to present the event. If you do not wish to appear in the materials, please inform the team at the reception desk.
12. Pre-orders and professional customers (B2B)
Some products, in particular hyperbaric chambers and professional equipment, may be available on a pre-order basis. The estimated delivery time is communicated before the order is confirmed.
For business customers and for B2B pre-orders we conclude a separate contract, and the order is launched after payment of the advance set out in the contract. In relations with professional customers, the right of withdrawal and the provisions dedicated exclusively to consumers do not apply. The clauses of the B2B contract take precedence over these terms.
13. Limitation of liability
We are liable for the products sold within the limits provided by law. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products contrary to the user manual, the safety instructions or their intended purpose, nor for individual results, which vary from person to person.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control, but we actively help you resolve them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
14. Intellectual property
The entire content of the website (texts, photographs, video, graphics, logos, trademarks, design) belongs to NeuroGenesis DNA SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Any copying, reproduction or use without our written consent is prohibited.
15. Reviews
The reviews published on the website come from real customers. We reserve the right not to publish reviews with offensive, illegal or advertising content or that are unrelated to the product.
16. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance of its obligations caused by force majeure, under the conditions set out by law. The affected party notifies the other party as soon as possible.
18. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We resolve any complaint amicably first: write to us at office@neurogenesisdna.ro and we will reply within 15 days.
As a consumer, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania, subject to your rights as a consumer regarding the court of your place of residence.
19. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, and the new version applies from its publication on the website. Orders placed are governed by the version in force on the date of the order.
